We usually ship within two to three working days. The delivery time depends on the country of delivery and can be found in the list below. In times of high order volumes, shipping may take a little longer in exceptional cases.

We ship to any desired address, as well as to packing stations. Please note that for deliveries to a Packstation you must already be a “DHL Paket” customer and enter your postal number for the delivery address.

We do not deliver to places that do not belong to the German customs territory (Helgoland Island and the area around Büsingen).

As soon as your order has been packed by us in our warehouse in Berlin, you will receive an email from us with the shipment number.

Cancellations/changes to your order

No changes to the order are possible after the order has been completed.

Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered, it will automatically be returned to our warehouse. Depending on the country of destination, we will deduct the shipping costs from the refund amount. We generally ask you not to refuse to accept a parcel, as this will result in high costs for us.
