Thank you for your order. We hope you like your new items. If something doesn't fit, you have the option to return your purchase within fourteen (14) days. You can return parts or your entire order to us.

Please be careful when trying on! If you decide to return something, the items must be in perfect condition:

  • clean (no deodorant, no perfume, no makeup stains)
  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • with original tags

Items that are not in a resalable condition or reach us too late cannot be refunded and will be returned to you.

Exceptions: For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear and socks unless they are faulty or do not correspond to the description. Sealed products with broken seals cannot be returned.

The following applies to orders from Germany and EU countries:

Within Germany, we will cover the costs for your return. You can create the return label in our return portal.

The following applies to returns from Switzerland:

We will cover the costs of your return for orders from Switzerland. You can create the return label in our return portal.

Please also print out the original invoice twice and attach this plus the customs declaration to the outside of the parcel in a shipping bag with the shipping label. Please also write “RÜCKWARE” very legibly on the side of the parcel where the documents were attached.

Returning multiple orders in one parcel

Please note: For technical reasons, it is not (yet) possible to return multiple orders in one parcel. Please return each order separately.

Complaints

Any complaint must be notified in advance by email to hello@thehaus360.com. Unannounced complaints cannot be processed by our warehouse.

Exchange

We do not offer traditional exchanges. Please return in accordance with these terms and conditions and, depending on availability, place a new order.

Refund

Refunds will be made via the original method of payment within 14 days of receipt of the returned items in our warehouse.

We are entitled to make deductions from the refund to take into account any depreciation of the items caused by your handling of the items, provided that the goods are no longer in perfect, resalable condition.
